Prospect Harbor is a bay in Gouldsboro, Maine. It is also the name of one of the villages in Gouldsboro. It is separated from Gouldsboro Bay to the northeast by Cranberry Point and from Winter Harbor to the west by the Schoodic Peninsula.

The bay is roughly 3 mi. (5 km) long and 3 mi. across (5 km) at its widest.

For many years, Prospect Harbor was home to Stinson Seafood plant, the last sardine cannery in the United States. The cannery closed in April 2010 and reopened in July 2011 to process lobster.[1][2]
